Join Us For The Exclusive CatEx Round Table Day - April 14th 2010

An exciting programme of insightful and interactive sessions is taking shape for the Catalogue Exchange's exclusive round table event on Wednesday 14th April 2010. This one-off day is set to tackle some of the hottest topics in the catalogue and online retail sector.

 

It will cover everything from catalogue production to database mining, from website usability to improving customer service. Seven time slots of sessions across the day will be led by industry experts from a number of different companies.

 

The companies will host round-table sessions, sharing their expertise and knowledge. What’s unique, is that delegates can decide which discussions they would like to attend, ensuring they get the most out of the day. By setting their own agenda, this one-off event will allow guests to tailor their own, individual day of learning, skill honing and information gathering. Taking place in the delightful surroundings of the Royal Lancaster Hotel, with a sumptuous buffet lunch and refreshments included in the delegate rate, this event makes for a highly productive and inexpensive training day for you and your colleagues.  The fee to attend is just £95+vat for CatEx members and £195+vat for non CatEx members.

 

Places at each round-table session on April 14th are pre-bookable on a first come, first served basis. Tables can seat up to 12 delegates and seven time-slots will be hosted througout the day from 10am, offering endless networking opportunities.

The round-table event takes place on Wednesday 14th April – the day of the prestigious annual ECMOD Awards for Business Excellence in 2009.
